Cut flower care instructions
Check the water supply at once upon arrival. Fill a bowl or sink with water, completely plunge the stems underwater and cut them at a 45-degree angle using a scissors, knife or precision secateur. Trimming your flower stem ends at a 45 degree angle will guarantee that they have sufficient surface area to take in water and that they don't lay straight on the bottom of the vase.
Verify vase water level every other day. Add water with flower food as required. If the water changes state to cloudy, replace the entire vase water with lukewarm preservative water. Change foliage that will sink under the water level in your vase. Regulary re-cut stem bottoms 1/2". This controls good water flow through the flower stem.
