Cut flower care instructions
Substitute all foliage and leaves that may be below the water line in the vase so they will not rot. Leave the red rosebuds packed in bunches and trim about 1/2" off of the bottom of the stems and after that put them in water. When you arrange the thornless roses, cut the stems one more time and cautiously remove any discolored or loose petals.
Check the water supply straightaway upon arrival. Fill a sink or bowl with water, completely plunge the stems underwater and cut them at a 45-degree angle using a pruner, knife or scissors. Cutting your flower stem ends at a 45 degree angle will ensure that they have sufficient surface area to take in water and that they don't stand flat on the bottom of the vase.
Despite the fact that roses are the flower most commonly associated with the color red, there are other other red flowers such as Gerbera daisies, Orchids and Sumatra lilies for a bride who wishes to add red blossoms to her big day.
To save some money on your wedding flowers use the ones that are ready, available and in season. They cost less than flowers that are out of season. Keep in mind that all flowers cost more during the month of February because of Valentine's Day.
Sympathy Baskets and Sympathy plants are typically sent to the church, mortuary or funeral home. Most funeral homes, mortuaries and churches have a wake, viewing or visitation where friends and associates come to pay their respects. Suitable sympathy flower manners are to send Sympathy flowers or Sympathy roses to the mortuary, church or funeral home by the first visitation hours.
Sympathy Sprays are Suitable for delivery to the mortuary, church or funeral home. These great specialty arrangements are displayed on an easel and make great presentation.

Change of price: Special local florists have minimum dollar amounts for customer orders. They are committed to matching you with a real local florist that can process your order for your purchased items. On the other hand, there are rare occasions when the most cost-efficient local florist's minimal amount exceeds the amount you paid for your ordered gifts. You will be notified if such a situation comes up.
Pricing for Holidays: Special products have their price increased on major holidays. If the price increases for the major holiday you will detect the adjustment when you select a date that is on a major flower holiday. Prices typically only rise from February 2nd until a few days after Valentine's Day.
